He has extensive experience in structuring and drafting sales and closing documents for private and conventional loans and cash deals. Ibrahim drafts Mode Title's commercial and residential deeds for Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
Ibrahim is a licensed attorney in Virginia, Maryland and DC and a licensed settlement agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ibrahim previously served as a gubernatorial appointee and Vice Chair of the Virginia Real Estate Board. He resides in Sterling, Virginia with his wife, Sadaf, and their three daughters.
